2️⃣IMPLEMENT SYSTEMS TO KEEP YOUR ATTENTION IN CHECK.✌️Set aside two 20 minute windows of time each day to check your email. Don’t do it when you’re working, because it will become just a distraction from your important work.

3️⃣IMPROVE YOUR COMMUNICATION🗣Ensure that all of your housemates know that you have to work. Inform them that you need to have some quiet time and they shouldn’t interrupt you. If you find yourself visiting kitchen too often during your working hours you can ask your housemates to keep an eye on you.
