Protein balls recipe


NO-BAKE BRAIN FOOD ENERGY BITES

We love these little energy bites because they are easy to make with simple pantry ingredients that you probably have on hand.

šŸ§  These protein balls are perfect for when you need a mental pick-me-up!

Ingredients:

ā˜‘ļø1 cup gluten-free old fashioned oats

ā˜‘ļø1/4 cup chocolate chips

ā˜‘ļø1/4 cup shredded coconut

ā˜‘ļø1/2 cup chocolate protein powder

ā˜‘ļø3/4 cup peanut butter

ā˜‘ļø1/3 cup almond milk

ā˜‘ļø1 tbsp. maple syrup


Instructions:

1ļøāƒ£Stir all ingredients together in the bowl until you form a thick dough.

2ļøāƒ£Roll into small balls.

āž”ļøOptional: roll balls in extra shredded coconut.

3ļøāƒ£Refrigerate for about 30 minutes

4ļøāƒ£Enjoy!


You can refrigerate balls in a sealed container for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 3 monthsā˜ŗļø
