NO-BAKE BRAIN FOOD ENERGY BITES

We love these little energy bites because they are easy to make with simple pantry ingredients that you probably have on hand.

ūü߆ These protein balls are perfect for when you need a mental pick-me-up!

Ingredients:

‚ėĎÔłŹ1 cup gluten-free old fashioned oats

‚ėĎÔłŹ1/4 cup chocolate chips

‚ėĎÔłŹ1/4 cup shredded coconut

‚ėĎÔłŹ1/2 cup chocolate protein powder

‚ėĎÔłŹ3/4 cup peanut butter

‚ėĎÔłŹ1/3 cup almond milk

‚ėĎÔłŹ1 tbsp. maple syrup


Instructions:

1ÔłŹ‚É£Stir all ingredients together in the bowl until you form a thick dough.

2ÔłŹ‚É£Roll into small balls.

‚ě°ÔłŹOptional: roll balls in extra shredded coconut.

3ÔłŹ‚É£Refrigerate for about 30 minutes

4ÔłŹ‚É£Enjoy!


You can refrigerate balls in a sealed container for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 3 months‚ėļÔłŹ
