Perfect turmeric latte (aka golden milk latte):

Recipe:

➡️1 cup of vanilla plant-based milk

➡️1/2 tsp turmeric

➡️1/4 tsp cinnamon

➡️1/4 tsp black pepper

➡️dash of cardamom

➡️dash of nutmeg

➡️dash of ginger

PRO TIP❗️

Always add some black pepper to your turmeric in order to increase bioavailability of curcumin (bioactive component in turmeric)❗️
