Genetics

The genetics consultation encompasses two distinct areas. The first involves interpreting

the results of genetic tests to evaluate and develop a preventive health plan.

The second area focuses on conducting genetic evaluations to prevent and identify monogenic diseases, which are diseases that can be passed down from parents to children and may or may not manifest at some point in their lives.

Genetic testing enables the identification of predispositions for the development of pathologies, including neurodegenerative diseases and others, as well as the genetic profile related to nutritional and athletic performance, and food intolerances. The obtained result, known as a genetic profile, is unique to each individual and can significantly contribute to the development of a personalized nutritional plan, adapted physical exercise plan, and a healthy lifestyle.

Take this test, discover your genetic propensities, and utilize them preventively for your health.
