Adaptogenic Drink


Recipe for great-tasting Adaptogenic drink.

🧠Chaga, reishi and maca are considered adaptogens, natural substances that calm the nervous system by supporting the body in combating stress and restoring balance.

🧠Adaptogens may also act as mild cognitive enhancers that can help with memory, brain function, mood, and concentration. That's why we decided to share with you this brain-friendly recipe for a drink that contains adaptogens.

👉Recipe👈

✔️1 cup (240 ml) cashew, almond or coconut milk

✔️1 tsp chaga or reishi

✔️½ tsp maca powder

✔️¼ tsp cinnamon

✔️⅛ tsp turmeric powder

✔️1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

✔️1 tsp coconut oil, melted

.

1️⃣In a small saucepan mix the milk, chaga or reishi, maca powder, cinnamon, turmeric, maple syrup, and coconut oil.

2️⃣Heat over medium heat for about 5 minutes, or until the milk begins to bubble.

3️⃣Transfer mixture to a high-speed blender and blend for 1 minute or use a milk frother to mix ingredients well.

Pour into a mug and enjoy hot!🍵
