🎄3 ways to practice SELF-CARE at Christmas when you feel overwhelmed.

✔️Allow yourself to receive.

During Xmas we want to give. Give somebody a present. Give somebody a time. Give somebody unforgettable experiences. It’s a busy time of a year, so we often forget about our own needs. Allow others to help you. Give yourself permission to slow down and celebrate Xmas in your own way

✔️Turn off your phone. Life without constant distraction is a wonderful life. Stay present. Don’t think about what other people will think about you and your choices. Do what you enjoy doing.

✔️Say NO. Let go of all the things that Christmas “should” be. If you don’t want to take part in Xmas party you can simply refuse to go there. If you’re not hungry, you can say NO to another piece of cake your aunt offers you. Make more decisions based on a desire to feel amazing, healthy, and grounded.
