āœ”ļøTurn off your phone. Life without constant distraction is a wonderful life. Stay present. Donā€™t think about what other people will think about you and your choices. Do what you enjoy doing.

āœ”ļøSay NO. Let go of all the things that Christmas ā€œshouldā€ be. If you donā€™t want to take part in Xmas party you can simply refuse to go there. If youā€™re not hungry, you can say NO to another piece of cake your aunt offers you. Make more decisions based on a desire to feel amazing, healthy, and grounded.
