Osteopathy is an alternative medicine that involves the use of joint manipulation techniques (bones) and soft tissues (for example, muscles, tendons and viscera) in order to correct any structural and functional imbalances in the human body.
It is based on the principle that the human being should be seen as a whole. All parts of the body have a relationship between structure and function. Thus, health problems are related to a structure that is not in equilibrium which, in turn, affects the functions related to the same structure.

The human body has the ability to self regulate, but for that to happen it is necessary that there are no obstructions in the nervous, lymphatic and vascular systems.

Sacral Cranial Osteopathy


It is a very gentle manual therapy that aims to evaluate and improve the physiological function of the cranial sacral system, a physiological system of which the cranial membranes and the cerebrospinal fluid that surrounds and protects the brain and spinal cord. This system maintains a relationship between the sacrum and the skull through the dural tube and is exposed to stresses that can cause changes in various parts of the body.
