There are two different ways of working with Kinesiology - Applied Kinesiology and Holistic Kinesiology. Both are intended to address the source of the problem, not the symptoms.

Applied Kinesiology is a diagnostic technique that studies the mechanisms of the body through the state of the muscles.
It is based on the principle that the human being is an integrated system and that every time this system changes, there is a reaction.
Therefore, any change in the human body, whether physical, biochemical, psychic-emotional or energetic, also causes a change in muscular responses.

It is proven that most muscles have a direct relationship with the nerves that control the internal organs and that this connection of the muscles to their internal organs is done not only by the nervous system but also by the circulatory, lymphatic and energetic systems.

Muscles weaken whenever body functions change. These changes can be of structural, biochemical, emotional and energetic origin.
Thus, Applied Kinesiology allows us to know the state in which the human being is through his muscular state, demonstrating clearly that when an organ is altered the whole body resents.

Holistic Kinesiology is based on the same principles, however, to achieve greater precision, introduces a new diagnostic technique by measuring AR (Arm Reflex) - a neuromuscular test that is based on the variation of arm length.
When the two hemispheres of the brain function in balance and harmony the body has a normal tone. This means that the muscle tone of the of the
muscle chains at the left and right sides of the body is equal and so there is no difference in the length of the arms even when we apply a given stimulus.

When this reality changes it means that the body is in structural, biochemical, emotional or energetic imbalance.
In this way, the response given by the body allows the kinesiologist to diagnose the imbalances that exist in this organism.

Kinesiology is today a very precise technique of diagnosis and treatment that in addition to diagnosing the origin of the problem allows also to "test" the correct treatments to be applied to each patient. This is perhaps the most revolutionary aspect of kinesiology - having the ability to identify the source of problems as well as the correct way to treat them, always taking into account that each being is unique and that what is valid for one may be different for other.
